what your looking to kill is a very rare spawn in EJ. And EJ is a very high zone, you need to be atleat lvl 45 to go there. Even at 45 i dont think you could kill anything w/o having lots or resists. Stuff there is still blue to me at 52. Only thing i could think to do is sit a zone and check track constantly for the mob and when you see get the high lvl ppl online to come help out.
