Estate of Unrest raid

Yo I got an idea for a raid. How about the Estate of Unrest in Faydwer. It's level 10-30 mobs starting outside and working your way into the house. Then you can go upstairs or go to the basement (Where the real meanies are..not to mention bomb ass loot). There's good loot there and some stuff you need for Totemic Armor....I think that's spelled right. But I don't know what class uses the armor or how to get it. But finally some of us pallys and clerics can mem up those DD undead spells we been carrying around. So everyone tell me what you think. If it would be a good raid or not. I was there when I was a low 20 and was able to hunt on the ground floor. I should be able to get upstairs now. But the basement might be more suited for around the lvl 35 range. Peace. Tell me what ya'll think.
