Subject: I can only say I'm happy ERG--150.9 million San Fran heart attack

I'm right I can read past accounts and a company announcement section--within the next month I'm looking forward to 110 million in cash the earn out payment a date isn't given--thats an additional 40.9 million plus the entity were due to pay Banksys 1 million pounds in November 2003 I don't know whether ERG has paid that or not anyway forgetting about that for a moment ERG will no longer with the sale of PWI be liable for these restructured payments as follows, 5,000,000 pounds deferred from November 2002 for one year; and 6,000,000 pounds that is payable on 15 March 2003 which was deferred to 15 March 2004.
The only thing I havent found yet is the written down value of PWI--additional to the above they don't have to pay another 38 million plus which was added to the goodwill for the PWI acquisition
and it gets rid of 15 million per year in amortisation charges.
I can only say I'm happy--fight over 1 to 2c.
I've also got San Francisco coming up--just the only bad spot a couple of days bad press.
I don't think I've found it all yet but I'm so excited I felt I must post it now. LOL As stated I'm so excited I haven't converted the pounds into dollars--it's a whacking huge sum.
