These were matchout figures from some time ago--the lowest Ive ever seen is 8.9 I've also seen 9.5--these figures are prior to the stock rising to 18c, when the stock was trading at 10 and different prices above 10--at 10 in it's trading history million came in at support to buy ERG and it raded a long time between 10 and 11.
The rapist feels San Francisco would not move the ERG share price, I would beg to differ and state it's good on fundamentals (outsourced) and will have a positive impact on the share price when announced, that view is shaped by watching the ERG sharetrend when the company has made prior announcements, even Washington which is staggered on fundamentals and isn't at this stage as valuable on the extreme short as say a Sydney or a Seattle, positively impacted the share price.
San Francisco is pretty big, you have 26 transit agancies there and it gives ERG a real presence in the USA to fight arch fiend Cubic (who also have San Francisco already) San Francisco is the hub for clearing and settlement and from this area ERG does other regions of the United States, in accounts the back office in San Fran relates to the MOT settlement.
