Subject: Pricetrend ERG-should hold12 then march up time being-Steve NOTHING LOWER THAN CHERS 12---fib 61.8%

Yes you have every right to believe what you do about ERG, I guess the points I have been trying to make to you, for you is that, your focus on ERG is with an investors cap on.
You work 60 hours a week as a courier driver and cannot after doing such an exhausting job keep up with all of the developments that are going on. I'm flat out doing it and I'm on the net all the time.
I often see things for instance with an acute focus as well as an investor focus and being accredited to a degree can analyse on the bean counter stuff (to a degree) bearing in mind the above what has happened is your view is a little static and possibly one sided for you are just looking at tech and tech alone without the financial side of it.
So I try and do some of that on my own and your behalf.
Extremely difficult for me to that at times for as you appreciate the BB's are full of BK assasinators.
It is important for someone who does work 60 hours a week to get a correct view--mixing the tech side with the financial side I was able to tell you by email on the day that the news of the missing out of the Netherlands whole of Country contract (deliberately done by ERG) was good news not bad. You would not listen though--I told you it was a buy point not a sell point--all ego aside (I am not writing this for ego purposes) I was correct.
Be aware sometimes when you go to BB's such as Ozestock you are receiving a manipulative view--from me to the best of my ability--I tell you what I think (in light of the above) as an honest person, it is nothing I don't post here at my own research facility.
I will state though negative as well as positive without fear or favour and what I say may mean in the acute sense rather than the investor sense--please understand that.
With sincerity, Steve.

A lot of things---a lot of areas as you know around the world the developments happening out of Hong Kong--are really stunning and there is a lot to uncover there--Octopus looks really good, I'm not tech literate I do the best I can---it's tentacles are going to spread out to all sorts of places and in there basically will be Proton technology and it flows into it from a number of sources.
It all means revenue for ERG---without the outlay of actually having to build something before obtaining it--that research and development has already been done in prior years. Anyway Hong Kong is only one area to pick--a lot of other things seen this weekend too.
Steve.
Issues aside from ERG sector good news Cubic is in the S&P, be awre though ERG is a tech stock, most people probably wouldn't be in it on the shorter perspective (they might buy it with an investor focus) unless they thought Sydney was coming--the volumes on occasions that come into the stock--is confirmation of the company announcement section and press from time to time and with other things such as Etag happening--all of that aside be aware that it;s a tech stock and we are in a bear market with wars happening.
Steve.

If ERG keeps it's stated financial reporting date see Hahaha's comments, (and it's prior history in this regard) it coincides with the same day for "Call for directions" what the call for directions is--as explained to me is a process in which a hearing date is set if one partie say's no and they aren't ready to proceed then they have to furnish a subpeona with eveidence to state the reasons why not.(I'm not legally trained-(clerk explained to me on the phone.)

Those agreements would cover the design, implementation, operation and maintenance of the system. The system will include Sound Transit, King County's Metro Transit, Pierce Transit, Kitsap Transit and Washington State Ferries. Everett Transit dropped out of the project in September, but some say the city may join the effort again at a later date.CT, the smart card system is expected to cost $7.9 millionThe regional smart card system is expected to cost local agencies $80 million over 10 years.Negotiations are still ongoing with ERG Transit Systems, the company that will build the system. King County's Metro Transit system may be the next transportation agency to jump on board. The smart card proposal is expected to go before the King County Council for approval on Feb. 18. The last agency to make a decision on the project would be Sound Transit, Gilliland said. Sound Transit's board is expected to review the project on March 13.
