Subject: Hi Robert, who covers ERG--I'm a client of xxxxx

Hi Robert, who covers ERG--I'm a client of xxxxx but not xxxxxx--I was wondering though if you could help me out with some questions? I work with others researching ERG and have a basic understanding of accounts (certificate Securities Institute of Oz--failed analysing company's 3 times before eventually passing--LOL) here are some questions and it would be great to get a response from you as I have an investment in it.

1) The profit margin on Sydney would this be around 9.5%? I have an understanding of the phases--and that more money is earn't in the second phase, I'm thinking of median average and I don't know while on subject whether you would be able to tell me on the Proton side of the business--that which is of a longer term and recurring nature an estimate of profit margin as well?

2) Peter Fogarty stated in the press that project financing had been put into place for Sydney (this was before the recent announcement of the contract signing) now I am reading in the paper that ERG is still in the stages of arranging finance are they going to make that off balance sheet?

3) Investable weight factor is adjusted once per year as I'm sure you know I have the dates as March 15 to 22 (from Stanrard Poors website)--would you be able to give me an idea of the minimum market cap ERG would need to qualify for some institutional interest? This may be apart from any free float factor.

4) And just on the Sydney contract again is ERG very far advanced in the process of arranging finance? Seattle and San Francisco are coming up will they be financed in the same formula or a different way?

Your answers to the above questions would be greatly appreciated if you could help me out with them.

Yours Faithfully,
