Annual Review arrived in the mail today.
Board of directors.
Alexander Murdoch, DDA, BEC, AIA, ASA.
Chairman Audit , Document execution and remuneration Committees.
Sandy Murdoch joined the board in 1994 as Chairman. He was Managing Director of The Linfox Transport Group for 12 years to 1989 when he retired. Prior to that he worked at Chae NBA Group LTDin corporate finance and lending. Mr Murdoch is Chairman of Computershare Limited and Q-Vis Limited.

Peter Fogarty joined the board as a non executive director in 1984 and was appointed Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director. Previously he wa a partner of a major Austrlian legal firm specialising in corporate and taxation law.

Deputy Chairman.

Mick Bolto joined the board in 1987. He is and Executive Director of Mainsheet Corporate and Chairman of the Board of The Art Gallery of Western Australia and Conve Limited. Mr Bolto has broad commercial experience through directorships and positions he holds in other private companies.

Gregory L Crew, BE, MAdmin, FIEE, FAICD.
Audit document execution and remuneration committees.
Greg Crew joined the board in1996. He has an extensive background in the telecommunications industry and wide international business experience. Before joining the company, Mr Crew had been actively involved in the development of telecommunications in China through Hong Kong Telecom and was Chief Operating Officer of Mercury Communications in The United Kingdom.
He was the first Chairman of the Australian Communications Industry Forum, an intial Director of the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers and serves on the boards of a number of companies.

David H Humann, FCA, CPA.
Audit,Document execution and Remuneration Committees.
David Humann was appointed to theoard in Januaryof 1998. He was previously a member of bothe the Price Waterhouse World Board and it's Executive Management Committee based in London and New York, managing partner for Asia Pacific and Senior partner Price Waterhouse Hong Kong and Peoples Republic of China firms. He was also a member of the Australian firms policy and Executive Management Committee.
Mr Humann is presently Chairman of McMahon Holdings LTD, Mincor Resources, Tethyan Copper Company Limited. He is also a director of Ticor Limited.
