Title: Do not agree a war is a certainty

No Sorry the U.S. has wanted to go to war with Iraq for about ten years now--The U.N. and others have always stalled it--stating we will increase inspectors.
That's worked for a whole decade--agree though in percentage terms that a war appears likely, as stated though I wouldn't say definitely.
On the economic front, new figures out the other day show some improvement, tax cuts brought forward from the 2010 year.
Stochastic still oversold.
