2. In terms of the ASX Listing Rules, ASX Business Rules and SCH Business Rules.
3. Clearing Participants in the state or states with the public holiday must make alternative arrangements to settle with OCH.

5. Not a state-wide public holiday - NSW
6. Not a state-wide public holiday - QLD
7. Not a state-wide public holiday - VIC

No responsibility is accepted for any inaccuracies in the matter published.

"Business Day" is a day other than a Saturday, Sunday, New Year�s Day, Good Friday, Easter Monday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and any other day which the Exchange shall declare and publish is Not a business day.

In general, Non-business days will be declared for those days when banks are closed in Melbourne and / or Sydney.

"Trading Day" means a day other than a Saturday, Sunday, New Year�s Day, Good Friday, Easter Monday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and any other day which the Exchange declares and publishes is Not a trading day.

*Settlement Activity - ASTC (CHESS): days on which ASTC will perform settlement in CHESS for securities.

**Settlement Activity - OCH (DCS): days on which OCH will perform settlement in DCS for derivatives.
