Respected Sir,
With due respect I want to bring to your notice that I Robina Hidayat D/O Hidayat Hussain was called by the Swiss consulate Islamabad Pakistan on 5th September 2003 to have a meeting with consulate. The consulate has examined my all documents related to my marriage with Mr.Ashfaq Hussain.
The photocopies of the mentioned document have also been retained by the embassy. At the end of my interview with the relevant officer has explained to me that the decision of the court as a when received will be communicated and I will be called again accordingly.
However presently I am carrying my passport with the name of my father Hidayat Hussain that has also been examined in embassy. I have told in embassy and also shown the receipt under which I have submitted the passport fee on which the name of husband will be mentioned. But due to my case history as communicated before that the
Pakistani National identity Card of husband is not available even no photocopy. There fore the passport with the name of husband will not be issued.
As the case may prolong in Swiss court of Mr. Ashfaq Hussain which may be deported back by the honorable court. So it is requested that kindly allow me to travel on the passport with the father’s name on that, to see my husband during this time in Switzerland. In this regard I need your help a lot to kindly pursue the Swiss Consulate Pakistan to help me and allow to travel on the passport I have.
