Thanks for the comments . Proposal is developing. Likely to be seeded leagues, 10 games home and away, Lancs cup takes precedence. Representative weekends not accomodated. On training we would have to stay within structured season so training continues.
A paper will go to Lancs Youth Task Group for their 11 march meeting. Thereafter open clubs meeting to discuss. Looks like not possible without undoing all fixtures for 2003/04 season although I would like a pilot League to trial if we can with full implementation in 2004/05
