I also was one of those who ordered and prepaid. I made sure that I updated my mailing info every time it was requested during the waiting time.
I have in fact received my signed copy of the book, and think it's an extraordinary book.
You should contact Chris and the publishing company, and see if they can help you. I know that Chris made every effort to keep those who ordered the book apprised of its progress, etc.
