I'd tell you just to ignore her, but we all know that those kind of comments will always leave a bad taste in your mouth. You've mentioned you've had trouble with this person beforehand - I'd say she's just using (what she thinks is) an excuse to troll your LJ.

Now, as to your actual question? If you credit the original dialogue, you're not trying to claim it as your own, rather simply digging deeper into a canon scene or perhaps using canon dialogue as an inspiration for an AU.

One of the things I like to do best (in any fandom) is to take canon scenes and write the bits we didn't see or hear, and to do that, you need to use the original dialogue. I really like seeing people use (credited) canon dialogue in AU stories, too.
