As Genevieve suggests, ignore her, though of course this is easier said than done.
You know that I have always enjoyed your stories and I find the use of original dialogue gives my imagination both a springboard AND a raft to cling to. I enjoy the judicious use of original dialogue because it brings to mind the series itself and as there were 'gaps' in what we saw and heard, a good fanfic writer builds on that and gives readers back story, points of view, highlights existing or introduces new ideas.
IMHO,I don't think there's a 'formula' that says how much original dialogue is too much. If you strike a chord in readers through the use of it then I'd say you're doing fine and the fact that you're asking this question shows a keen awareness of the dangers of over-use.
