I've been away for a bit, and so didn't see this when you originally posted it. I'm so sorry that you're been getting grief from this person, but I can only reiterate what's been said above. The fundamental nature of fanfiction is derivative -- we work with an existing set of characters and situations. What you've been doing, expanding on canon scenes, is a very common kind of work, and almost always includes material from the original scripts. If all you were doing was transcribing the dialog from the episode, she might have a complaint, but that's hardly what's going on here. Don't think twice about it, but just keep writing.
