I was reading LFN fan fiction in about 1997, and one of the beloved denizens, 'chelle, actually killed Michael in one of her stories. I don't think that had ever been done before, and oh, the readers were so like a kicked anthill! Everyone forgave her, of course. She was always such a little brat anyway - how could we not forgive her? We adored her...
