I'm sure that ~delle isn't accusing you of anything at all, just giving us all a friendly reminder that's all.
I, for one, am glad she did, because I had a tendency to send some stories to people when they request them. Not in this fandom though, but in another one. I honestly didn't think I was doing anything wrong. But after 'the troll' has taken so many wonderful stories and claimed them as her own I can understand why ~delle is reminding us.
It's so sad though when so many wonderful story sites are now dust in the wind....*sigh*
