'Screamed?' Michael Samuelle doesn't 'scream.' Ever. 'Yell?' Possibly. 'Cry out?' I'll accept that, though Nikita better have earned it. I'm also open to 'sighed,' 'moaned' and 'groaned.' But 'screamed?' Not so much.
