Operations. Madeline will kill him by inducing a non-dedectible heart attack or stroke, because she's always had a thing for Michael, and plans to reign supreme by his side.

Problem is, Michael doesn't trust her (duh), and has her cancelled. Then Michael and Nikita rule Section side by side, and everyone lives happily ever after. The End.
