Thanks for the words, Sharia! Nothing I like more than helping to subvert the evil empire!

You know, it had been a while since I read this myself, so after your comments, I took a second look, and feel I have to provide an update. In my letter of resignation, I wrote this:

"As I am lounging in my Japanese apartment, and I have such a moment where I reminisce about my time, I just might even send a postcard."

After being in Japan for two months, I DID send them a postcard. I found a postcard of a beautiful, secluded beach in Okinawa. And this is the message I wrote on the back:

"Dear (front end manager, notable co-workers) and everyone else stuck there for life.

I work here now.

HA HA HA!

Sincerely, Mark Cappis."

Of course, Kumagaya is no where near Okinawa, but they didn't need to know that.
