Nice bike. The website says tires are 25mm (only 2mm more than my roadbike). Just out of curiousity, why do you want flat bar and mtn. bike frame geometry? Versus say the Giant OCR? The reason I ask is that when I used to commute in CA, I modified my bikes for multiple positions, so I could stretch out a bit while riding.
