no, i hadn't. i'll look them up. brodhead is a little south of madison.

bought some strip steaks from outpost yesterday - raised organically (don't know about the curing process or anything after that) - really good. Not as good as the smoked trout though. I brought it home and had one bite - left the room to find tom had polished the whole thing off!
