I realize that it's so early I shouldn't do a knee jerk reaction -- BUT, you could not pay me to vote for Hillary and I'm the type of voter she needs as her base. I have so little trust in anything she says. Based in large measure on her actions prior to and during the exposure (no pun intended) of her husband's trouser issues, I believe that she is an opportunist who will say what she needs to in order to woo the public. I have no respect for a woman without a spine, and I see her as one who co-opts her own beliefs and opinions to 'look good'.

I can't believe I'm the only middle-age, middle-class, over-educated female-with-kids-and-a-job who tends towards liberal politics in this country who feels this way. If the Democratic party fronts her I'm guessing there will be a backlash of Katrina-like proportion in the dem party. Not that I'm a true to the bone democrat, but that position by the party would have lasting repercussions in races other than the president.

Don't know why my response to her is such visceral dislike - but that's what it is.
