I'll go into gory details a bit later (long story and I've been flying all day so really tired) - but what I would like is to be director for both programs initially, with a move away from the transitional program once it's up and running (about 2 years). Conference in San Diego spurred my creative juices which is both a good and bad thing (always more ideas than time, more time than money). Interviewed a really good pediatric candidate from Maryland that I think might come (brother in Milw, parents in Fond du Lac, PhD from Madison and her research colleagures in Ann Arbor). I also think I might be able to recruit one of my colleagues from Concordia who might take on some administrative stuff and that would be wonderful.

I roomed with Terry in San Diego - think our friendship is challenged.

it's a good story though - i'll write
