When we elect a Mayor, Who is that mayor responsible to? The Members who elect? Or the Council?

Talk about a no brainier, It is of course The Members who Elect.

The Council has the Power to legislate but doe not, by MIC Constitutional Law, have any authority to be the Executive Official of MIC. The day-to-day control of MIC rest with the Elected Mayor/Executive Head of MIC by Our Constitutional Law!
