盧巧音跑步減壓
【明報專訊】盧巧音與周永恆情同姊弟，對於周永恆親筆寫了一封「給爸爸的信」，周永恆信中指涉嫌藏毒事件發生後，被父親禁止出街，令他覺得不被信任，曾對父親說若再不讓他出街會死，其後他才慢慢清醒過來，希望向父親講句「對不起」。
盧巧音認為是好事，起碼周永恆知道父親制肘他是出於擔心，相信經過今次事件，周永恆會成長。
談到周永恆曾想過死，盧巧音說﹕「他有對我說過不開心，其實每個人都會經歷心情低落時期，想找事情發泄，我會提議往跑步出身汗。」盧巧音自問曾因工作壓力大而想過尋死，幸好被朋友點醒，既然死亡都可面對，還有什麼事要怕﹖現在盧巧音若遇到煩惱事，致電向朋友訴苦便獲得紓緩。
