《六樓後座》六位主角除拍下兩款頭戴皇冠的型仔海報外，原來同時秘密拍下第二款海報——齊齊「屈狗屋」，不過由於電影公司覺得此海報概念未能帶出年輕人自主特質，下令海報「禁貼」，只能在六月三日首映戲票上出現。

談到「屈狗屋」經過，眾人齊聲經驗難忘，皆因活動空間小而錯誤百出。周俊偉因赤腳上陣，踩中狗屋的釘而即時標血，鄧健泓則被森美誤踩中下體而尷尬非常，周永恆的頭部亦誤掂盧巧音的胸部，搞到靚女笑到標眼淚呢。

由盧巧音、林嘉欣、鄧健泓、森美、麥浚龍、蕭正楠及周永恆等主演的《六樓后座》，早前因電影海報上的排位及贊助商問題而鬧出風波。事實上，電影公司原本已製作了另一款「狗屋」海報，但因海報未能帶出年輕人的青春氣息而遭棄用，只會在下月三日的首映戲票上出現。

「狗屋」概念是六名主角同時屈身狗屋內，但由於各人均忙於工作，故需要分開拍攝後用電腦合成。在拍攝海報時，周永恆頭部向外伸出，不慎碰到盧巧音胸部，幸好兩人老友鬼鬼，連盧巧音亦笑到標眼水。而鄧健泓更慘被撞下體，亦因此而表情尷尬。
