its slow because a) the top frame is hosted by freeserve and b) the bottom frame is hosted by voy.com and c) the domain is managed bt 123-reg.co.uk but i don't know if that slows it down with the web forwarding etc...

and yeah jonny - this is supposed to be your message space so where's all the plouf! nonsense? do you really think we're all gonna waste our time by sitting here and talking about you instead of talking about plouf!? i guess you'd LIKE to think that. well - you've got another think coming! that's what I say!
