Subject: Glad to see Bowel Movements included here

I'm so glad to see the topic bowel movement included in this message board. Although I totally enjoy enemas and suppositories, I enjoy normal pooping too and enjoy reasonable discussions of enemas suppositories and pooping.

Sometimes I take fiber suppliments to increase the volume of my poop. It feels so good. Hope to get some discussion going.

I love it when I sit down on the crapper and slice out 2-3 logs per session. When they are soft and pliable, they stop and start without any stragglers. It really is a rare treet for me to do that!

today I squinched out a big fattie that i watched for awhile. It spun around in the water a few times and rose back to the servace. There were little air bubbles clinging to it too. What does any of that mean do you think?

I have a few dumps that have been especially memorable, thank you for sharing one of yours with us. I liked one once when I took an oil enema. What it stirred up in my guts was nothing short of miraculous, and something I still can't believe.

This is great! Today I had an enema for a six day bout of constipation. I lay on my back on the bathroom floor with the bag hanging on a towel rack. It was a 2 quart hot soapy enema that was very hard to take. I was so stuffed up, I had to pause several times to pant like a puppy dog. I tried to hold it for 3 minutes, but I couldn't hold it for 3 seconds and, as I jumped up and took one long stride to the toilet, I leaked all over the floor. It was only soapy water, but I couldn't hold it if my life had depended on it. When I sat down - whoooosh - the first liquid shot out and then a grinding, cramping pain assailed my gut followed by a semi-hard squish of waste. I plopped then squirted then farted and, soon, the stuff was more liquid and it came out easier. My face was hot and sweaty as I struggled. I've never been able to understand why I get so turned on by that exquisite pain! For 20 minutes, I pooped and plopped and ground away as the bathroom bagan to stink to high heaven. I never flush while dumping an enema - I like to see how ripe the air becomes. At the end, a few tired oozy chunks dropped and then...and then...the farts! And, boy, did that stink! As the farts escaped, I peed and pooped the last. What a terrific bowel movement!

Nice topic. I enjoy, on rare occasions, to put on my wife's rubber panties -- the long legged ones that end in mid thigh and cling to the leg -- then take a suppository and do it in the panties. I like to feel the warm lump through the rubber, and the sensation of freedom when I'm doing it.

Would you care to explain why this is such a fascination for you? When did it start?

I just love the idea of making my colon larger and larger with stretching my bowels by adding alott of water to them I try to do tis every day when I have the chance. That lady over at Artie's says this is bad but I don't have any leaky bowels or a colostomoy bag yet.
