they weren't playing magic, they were playing pokemon...i used to play pokemon back in the day (similar to magic, but MUCH simpler to learn). and to my knowledge, i don't think anyone has ever tried to steal my cards. *notices shifty eyes* hmm... i will have to look into this...

You know, we've never done that while playing magic as far as I can recall, but I think Grant fell victim to a similar experience, back in the day, at a Star Wars tournament. You'd have to ask him, but it might be a touchy subject.
