Eyes, The Mirror Of The Heart

My Dear Carla,

I awaken early this day as well, which seemingly has become now my custom of sorts, I enjoy the barren wasteland aspects of the mornings set against a backdrop of hush like quiet! I soon shall be sharing it with less people and more air! I like that idea even better! I don't despise man as my letters surely paint me in nature; I simply am completely gun shy that's all! Yes, to me people are like children, when they are asleep they are adorable, the problem being is they sleep not enough to my way of thinking!

Carla, certain men have always set them selves apart from the mainstream of society that erased splendor from their heart and mind, many an artist and writer had to find a retreat of sorts in order to find his mind once again. Why is that I wonder? Well, people are dipped in selfish it would seem often, rendering them a tad vexing, to a man of my heart, yes vexing due to the shallow arena in which they have chosen to live! Yes, most of humanity it would seem chooses to inhabit the outer regions of the heart, few desiring to prance about the inner core vicinity I might add! The inner sanctum of the heart remains a differing place to most, one of reflection and many mirrors piercing our very hearts in honesty. Most care not for mirrors that disclose the nature of the heart! Most prefer the type mirrors that merely cast the reflection of beauty of face inhaled back at you! Yes, we spend many hours indeed busying ourselves in rearrangement off the reflection of the mirror to face, but it is the heart indeed that has need of the mirror, and reflection as well! For the beauty or lack of, of the heart shall ramble through time forever depicting and painting us in character! But the beauty of the face melts quickly on a hot summer day. Yes, I fear the inhaling of one's own reflection in a mirror offers him little in regards to the future, for vanity arranges itself at the bottom of the list in priority and importance when the final curtain drops! Now the mirror that reflects the condition of the heart, now that indeed is a mirror worth spending some time with! For when indeed the condition of the heart is treated, the beauty as well extends itself over and beyond the boundary of inner into the outer arena and aspects of ascetics! My Dad always said real beauty resided within a girl's heart, not on the outside! He stated as well, that a girl too taken with herself on the outside level, surely in doing so displayed a lack of true beauty on the inside as well! I do believe I concur!

Have you not ever noticed that a person's beauty is quite compromised indeed when they seem the most taken with it themselves? Yes, true beauty rests and resides upon the heart of the humble, who seeks not the assurance of the mirror to sustain them, but rather look daily to the beauty of their heart instead. For the beauty of the heart is what shall carry us into the arms and hearts of others, not the beauty displayed on the outer realm and surface. Yes, vanity indeed, vexing beyond the scope of available comment to be sure! Vanity gazes not into the mirror to capture the truth but rather a lie! Vanity walks away with a vision of long ago, concerning the fleeing image they take with them! While humility wrapped in grace, walks away with the truth of reflection only. For this indeed is the function of the mirror, to reflect honesty in defined clarity, or the lack of! The mirror in the hands of the wise man remains the barometer of his heart as detected and viewed in and through his eyes! Some of sad disposition use a mirror seldom, for it immediately alerts them to the sadness of the day written upon their eyes so sad. While the content and happy man raises the mirror in haste to catch the excitement, twinkle and dance that lays upon the heart of his eyes!

Yes, a man can be stirred by the excitement contained in his eyes of wonder! Yes, the eyes reflect the condition of the heart. We then cast out that weather warning to the world daily by the disposition of our eyes we carry with us daily. We state in glance how our day is indeed! We really need not declare it verbally, just a chance to generally lie! I am great thank you, and you? If we are, fine! If we're not, let's just say ok, and let the chips fall where they may! Yes, some demand fake and pretty! Well, they don't get it from me! I give them what I am that day! I always present a civil and professionally pleasant fine! Beyond that remains my business indeed! I despise the one who thinks their job is perking others up to their standard of falseness and fake! I play not the game that excites so the heart of those, that seek to control and manipulate. It angers them being detected in their works of folly! I shall answer for me! And you can answer for you! Ok? Sound fair! Good, cus that's what I am today! Fair! I should point out as well, that after this kind of pointed exchange of morning, you shall probably never have to worry about it again! For I assure you, they wont even inquire the next time! Yippee! I often indeed I have been met by one who found my morning salute not brisk enough! I always share my heart on this matter! You said great! I said fine thank you! If not good enough, it still stands! For surely I still hold the power over this response do I not! Surely I am allowed to answer my own state of being am I not? Yes, they shall bother you not again but merely whisk by you quickly from then on! Listen up! I shall give you the fucking high five action when I have a day that reflects that emotion in my heart ok! Then you shall know the explosion and implosion of real enthusiasm! Why can't we let little things be? Why indeed must we always try to meddle, control and manipulate! Don't sell your point! For true confidence merely whispers it in conquering form and fashion! Don't yell your fury! For true fury pours out quietly from the proper decanter, for the pain and price of such fury released in volatile form generally is visited largely upon ourselves! While merely providing an arena of speculation and amusement for others indeed to wag their tongue over!

Yes, a yelling thought can be carried and visited unto mans ears in soft form! You can soft peddle the stuff therefore heaping more on others going unnoticed! Just kidding sort of! I must now ready myself for the morning greeting at work! Generally a fine is ok; often a grunt works as well! Stoic group often! I have learned quiet, it was interesting, often the environment resembles that of a library where you whisper often, and seldom speak at all! Silence passes by in long caravans of time it would seem! But it has been a good voyage! For it has brought me to today! All here in one piece! Can I get a witness?

Love In Heart,
Rodney
