Umm you can't train in the future yet because you have to first travel to the colonies to enter the portal and also you don't have at least 250,000 pl. You can train in the pendulum room to get a boost from fighting the saiyans when you get a pl of 100,000. You can train in the rosat once you have a minium power level of 500,000. Later. I have a suggestion you can train with some of the masters on the planet or do some gravity training determined by your power and the max you can train at any level of gravity is 2 weeks then you have to wait 2 weeks before you can do it again.
