Subject: Teachers

There are many teachers who do not manage classrooms well. They spend too much time in discussions and negotiations with students over things that should be straight forward and non-negotiable. It happens because students know that they can make it happen. Too much time is spent on behavior issues rather than instruction and working with students who buy thesis on learning how to apply the knowledge they are learning. It is interesting that this program requires student be removed when misbehavior is a problem. How many teachers complain that the administration don't want students being removed from the classroom for behavior issues? There is at least some merit to this program then if the administration is implementing a program where the students can be sent to the office.
