趙薇之前已經透露今年的主力放在電影，而明年的計畫則是要在香港、大陸舉辦大型演唱會。

趙薇前晚在結束通告之後終於可以好好吃一頓麻辣鍋，好動的她相當「不安分」，吃完一鍋換一鍋，還得像小孩般在脖子圍上毛巾，以免吃得全身髒兮兮。如此過人的「活力」顯然是她的特色，大陸羽毛球隊還因此找她擔任代言人，還演唱代言主題曲，若時間允許，可望收錄在四月底的個人新專輯裡。

談到未來的計畫，趙薇透露，原本有贊助廠商找她在大陸、香港舉辦演唱會，不過今年已經接下三部電影，恐怕沒有空檔，但是她也說：「這樣也好，我現在只有三張專輯，累積多一點再唱，希望明年可以辦成。」

為了讓自己的歌聲更動聽，趙薇可是什麼秘訣都試過，包括抽菸、喝酒、吃開嗓子丸.. 等，之後她發覺，最有效法的方法還是「睡覺」，聲音狀況最好。
