古巨基演何書桓曾讓瓊瑤害怕砸招牌 (TW 勁報 2001-4-03 星期二 16:08 )

古巨基演出《情深深雨濛濛》的何書桓是無心插柳柳成蔭，也曾經讓瓊瑤害怕「押錯寶」，不過在看到古巨基的演出之後，瓊瑤宣稱當初的冒險現在反倒讓她吃了定心丸。

當初瓊瑤與古巨基接觸時，本來是要找他演出「杜飛」，因為這個角色的個性有點逗趣而且憨憨的，與瓊瑤對古巨基的原始印象相符，不過當時古巨基因為正忙於唱片宣傳，未能很快與瓊瑤聯絡，而當時蘇有朋也積極的跟瓊瑤爭取演出「杜飛」，於是瓊瑤就決定那就讓蘇有朋接演了。

後來古巨基親自到台北來拜訪瓊瑤，那時候只剩下「何書桓」還未確人選，古巨基對演出「何書桓」很有興趣，但當時瓊瑤考慮到這個角色要能文能武，很需要演技，所以她當時就告訴古巨基說：「你讓我考慮看看！」同時古巨基也將自己以前曾經演過的港劇錄給瓊瑤，而瓊瑤在看過古巨基之前演的戲以及對他的誠懇具有相當的好感，於是就決定冒險讓古巨基接演了。

在拍攝《情》劇的過程中，很多人都覺得瓊瑤讓古巨基接演「何書桓」似乎是有點冒險，不過當成品呈現出來之後，瓊瑤表示說：「證明我的眼光沒有錯，古巨基真是能文能武，表現的相當亮眼，現在我覺得自己是押對寶了。」

一談到何書桓這個角色，古巨基可是說的津津有味、眉飛色舞，尤其在第1集當中就有相當精采的「打戲」，古巨基表示說：「當我知道在戲裡要打架的時候，我事先就找老師教我，當然在拍攝的過程中打的全身是傷，不過我覺得這對我而言是一個挑戰，以前沒有人願意給我這樣的機會，好不容易瓊瑤阿姨願意冒險讓我演，我要是演的不好就是砸了他的招牌。」
