由林心如、趙薇、古巨基、蘇有朋主演的「情深深雨濛濛」原本安排四月份在港台兩地同時播出，不過卻因為香港無線TVB內部考量，「情」劇被迫壓後到暑假推出，這樣的舉動讓瓊瑤相當不滿，派了老公平鑫濤專程到香港和TVB交涉，表達強烈反對，另外也發動影迷傳真抗議，希望藉此施壓TVB。

無線知道瓊瑤的不滿後，立即加以安撫，強調大家是首次合作，TVB相當尊重瓊瑤的意見，不過由於4、5、6月份的檔期原來都已敲定，「情深深雨濛濛」最快也要等到6、7月份才能播映，如果真要更動，會惹來不少麻煩。
　　
據了解，瓊瑤希望「情深深雨濛濛」可以在港台兩地同時在四月份推出，一來是可以達到造勢目的，另一方面，假如香港延後推出「情」劇，到時候可能會有翻版VCD流入香港，勢必影響日後「情」劇在香港的收視率，因此瓊瑤希望盡力爭取在短時間內讓「情」劇播出。
