對外始終低調的喜劇天王周星馳，暑假將推出新片《少林足球》。
目前《少林足球》全部殺青，已趕工進入後期製作、特效階段，由於特技鏡頭超過400個，加上精心雕琢費工費時，原設定4500萬港元的成本，目前已嚴重超支，估計周星馳還得自掏腰包1000萬港元。除了周星馳、趙薇、吳孟達主演，莫文蔚、張柏芝、穀德昭客串之外，謝賢也特地在片中客串一角，加上程小東武術指導，先濤數碼的特技製作，估計《少林足球》暑期登場一定熱鬧非常。
