瓊瑤：冒牌貨不足取

「情深深、雨濛濛」的主題曲鬧雙包，而製作人瓊瑤發出聲明，林心如以「仿冒」手法趕搭戲劇便車，造成混浠視聽的效果，只有趙薇才是「正字招牌」！

瓊瑤的新戲「情深深、雨濛濛」還沒上演，就引爆女主角林心如和趙薇搶唱主題曲的風波。不過，林心如把唱片約簽給BMG，趙薇仍是瓊瑤所屬可人唱片的簽約歌手，在「肥水不落外人田」的情況下，趙薇順理成章「打敗」林心如，搶得主題曲的演唱。

而林心如搶不到主題曲，拐個彎請來音樂人許常德量身訂做一首「雲深深、雨濛濛」，卯上趙薇演唱的「情深深、雨濛濛」。針對此事，瓊瑤發出聲明：「唱片公司為了出片，搶搭新戲便車，與事實不符或太過份的宣傳手法，藉以混浠觀眾視聽的行為，反倒是對心如的另一種傷害。」

針對這個聲明，許常德表示，這是唱片公司的事，不願多做發表，而BMG唱片則透露，唱片公司從來就沒有對外聲稱「雲深深雨濛濛」是連續劇的主題曲，而林心如則說：「之前已經先支會過瓊瑤姐，雙方還是保持良好關係。」

林心如新專輯「投懷送抱」先推出，趙薇的「情深深雨濛濛」電視原聲帶接著上市，歌曲鬧雙包，不只相互抬轎，達到雙贏的局面，也讓「情深深、雨濛濛」未演先轟動。
