I am one really fustrated supporter, as my brother said, this will be the worst season, not just since Fairbrother and co took control, but since we got demoted (allthough my
memory could be playing tricks)
Saturdays game was just typical of the whole season, "missed chances, dodgy refing decsions, and questionable substitions".
I know im going to upset certain people by posting my next coments, but im not being personal, nor legitious, and it is purely my opinion.
I realy think it is time that Peter Rosborough stood down as coach. Either NOW or at the end of the season. I dont know how the players feel about him, and i dont really know what he bring to training sessions. So my opinion is based on what i see of the coach on a saturday,his use of substitutes, and the results this season and others.
If we dont go professional next season then the players will need new input, new ideas, and inputues just to give them the extra "kick" they will need. The play has become very stale, and this must come from the coach, the buck must stop with him. Lets not forget our most succesfull times and enjoyable style of rugby in recent years was when derek eves was coaching the side. I question what the current coach brings to the players and team after being with the club for so long?
I ask the questions.

The coach seems to give the impression that the younger players cannot last a whole game!? Sean brady after waiting for his chance to start, is substituted every time he plays, like at manchester last week, and on saturday. On both occasions, he was debatably the best player on the pitch,creating space, tracking back, making tackles and more importantly being in support of other players. YET ON BOTH OCCASIONS he was substitued.
IMO A good coach does not substitute the best players,end of story,and the coach seems to continue to do this week in week out, and the last 2 games substition of Sean, have been frankly insane. This for me is the most worrying aspect of the coach's methods.
