I think this seasons player of the season must be one of the most open for a long time and i dont think there will be any quibbles about how many games you have to play before being made player of the SEASON this year.

KURT JOHNSON without any shadow of a doubt. His defence might not be as good as previous seasons but over 50 tries in 101 apps. is good enough for me.

Some of the tries Kurt has scored have been worth the admission fee alone this season. (and with a dodgy knee)

Simon Martin & Toby Handley are thereabouts also after very solid seasons.

My player of the season would be as follows

1) Toby Handley.
2) Ben Gulliver.
3) Kurt johnson.

Toby,>because his work rate is over 100% week in and week out, and when the team were underperforming he still shone out.

Ben> He's not a flair player,and hasnt scored loads of tries, but i nomiate him for the pure reason that the lineout is no longer a problem and before he was playing and over the last few seasons this has consistantly been an issue,and an area where the team have tradionally strugled.But no longer.

Kurt> For his hair!, oh and for scoreing some great individual tries.

I want to mention sean brady, mainly for his patients while he wasnt getting selected. And now being slected, putting in the perfomances and not letting the team down. WELL DONE

It's got to be either Toby Handley, Ben Gulliver or Danny Collins for me.
All three have shone this season.
Toby has stolen Tiggers no. 9 shirt and kept it for pretty much all of the season, his tackling has been awesome some quite stunning try saving tackles. I cant remember him having a bad game.
Ben has tidied up our lineout problems, he plays with a lot of heart and passion.
Danny has been outstanding all season, he has stood out as a great player, even when the rest of the team hasn't performed (ie Worcester away) Danny has looked a class above the rest.
So thats my Top 3 I dont know which one im going to choose!
