Firtsly i just want to say WELL done to roth for winning the championship.

Now ive got that out my system i want to congratulate EVERYONE involved in saturdays game from COV.

That starts from the coaches, to the players to The 50 of us who were there cheering the side along.

I have to confess me and the brother werent going to go, as Milmoor was not going to be the best place to spend the last game of the season, seeing us get beaten, then watch Roth get the cup.....OH HOW WE WERE WRONG. (luckily we changed our mind on saturday morning)

Coventry club deserved this victory. Yes the ref may have given us descions at the right times, yes they turned down kicks at goal thinking they would get tries. But this was a cov side inspired, and its shows that PRIDE really has come back into this side, afterall there wasnt that much else to play for, apart from a couple of positions in the table.
From 1-15 they were awesome, and lets not forget 2 of this team got there first starts of the season (Campton&Black) Oh and the suportes we were pretty dam good as well.

This goes down as one of the best performances and wins i have EVER seen , and definately the best away win.

WELL DONE< WELL DONE< WELL DONE<

I now really wish I'd made it. I kept pointing out to Mrs K where Rotherham was on the way up to York, but she just cocked a deaf-un and I just had to spend the weekend eating and drinking instead.
Must admit I was on tenterhooks waiting for the result from Lucie as I'd made a mental target of a losing bonus point! So glad I was wrong....
Good to hear the pack performed very well by all accounts.
If the team can build on this next term, then who knows???
Congrats to all of them and the coaching team - especially MRE.

Must echo Nige'h comments. Haven't been so excited since we Thrashed worcester at Sixways a couple of years ago!

I thought the Ref had a "balanced" game. Don't forget we shipped 19 points when we were down to 13 men and I would have been very upset with the Ref if we hadn't got the win we richly deserved.

I too hope Roth get the promotion they deserve and the suits don't keep them out - good luck to them.

Congrats to the team and the club, and if anybody finds my voice, can I have it back!!!

A worrying trend is developing. I don't miss many away games. But the last four i am aware i missed are; last Saturday at Rotherham (stag night), A few weeks ago at Plymouth (Illness), Last season away at Worcester (Wedding) and The Rotherham cup game (can't remember why). Now am i getting paranoid or should i just stop going to any games as there seems to be a bit of a pattern forming here!
