So ok, it was an open secret,

info is now on the ic website, nothing on the "cov official website yet"

name is Sione tuipuloto, regular in the Tongan international side and was playing for caerphilly b4 us.

take a look at the caerphilly website for more info on him.

Certainly looks like a good signing for the club.
