Obviously talent isn't a very big factor to winning Miss SC, otherwise Kelli wouldn't have even won a local let alone the state crown. If you've ever watched Miss America, you'd see that the state competitions have a thousand percent better talent than what is displayed in the top girls for the Miss America crown.>-------------------------------------------------------
