KOBE is actually run by Stephen DeVoy in A. an attemtt to create a 'strawman' that he can play the victim to and B. trick those who would normal bother him into doing something stupid and getting arrested.

I find it hard to believe anyone could actually be stupid enough to think they are helping a cause by being such annoying tube steaks, unless they were one of those midless anarchy type (like Steven DeVoy). The tactics are all the same but the sides get switched back and forth. It appears that in an attempt to make his ideological adversaries look as moronic as he does, DeVoy created an 'Archie Bunker' to beat up on.

Several things do seem consistent.
-When their posts are quickly and consistently deleted, they get bored and go bother someone else.
-Any name used in any official category is fake.
-They used harrasment in lieu of ideas because they lack the brains to espouse coherent ideas.
-They have naive wanna be's who they send out to harrass people, who eventually get caught.
-They actually think that knowing how to use an anonynous proxy (like any 12 year old knows how to do) is actually 'hacking'
. . .and last but certainly not least . . .
-They have absolutely no idea how much crap is about to hit the fan.
