 Hallo Kathy,
ist zwar nicht die feine englische Art, sollte so aber funkitionieren. Du wirst aber in dem nicht-EU-Land jemanden brauchen, der sich den Hund schicken lässt. Problematisch könnte es mit der Einreise in die EU werden. Auch dafür solltest Du ein einen Plan haben.
Alles in allem ein ziemlich wackliges Unterfangen.
