Das einzige was etwas nutzen würde, ist eine Reglementierung (also ein erheben in einen Berufsstand) für die Tätigkeit des Züchtens!Warum kann eigentlich jeder Hornochse eine Zucht aufmachen? Niemand kümmert sich um Qualifikation und persönliche Eignung! Hier müßte der Staat ansetzen und ausserdem sollten alle Züchter Einkommenssteuerpflichtig werden und eine korrekte GuV abgeben müßen!
