Herr Breisamer ist -soweit ich mich erinnere- ein Polizeihundeführer. Hat also viel mit DSH zu tun! Außerdem ist er einer der wenigen Bestellten Gutachter im Freistaat Bayern und wesentlichst für die Liste in Bayern verantwortlich.
Unterschriftenaktionen usw in allen Ehren, hat aber -grade in Bayern- bisher nie etwas gebracht.
Gegen den Tosa in Kat1 haben wir seit 1994 versucht etwas zu unternehmen....ohne Erfolg!
