Cassie-

Ordinary, indeed! I've never met a person who womanned or manned a fire tower before. Sounds dramatic--and quite probably boring at times. But definitely different. The book store does sound the best to me, too.

Was it hard WD with a spouse who wasn't interested? In our early years Dave was very into spiritual work and I was not, and it was a terrible strain for him.

Very glad to hear you're doing the mentoring weekend taking that path. Feels to me like the mentors are a terrific source of help for those of us on the way.

Cassie, you have no idea how good it is to hear the life stories of those who have already taken second birth. To know that "just folks" have made it really helps so much when the impatience and despair of never getting there kicks in. Thank you so much for sharing yourself this way.

I'll always be happy to write back when you need a voice from "out here."
