I hope you'll find yourself a home here on this forum. I hear how you are feeling scared and uncertain in your life and sense how you are feeling about yourself.

One of the big things I am learning here is that it is just as important to hold ourselves gently and lovingly as it is to hold others that way. If not more important, because we so seldom do it. But sometimes it takes a lot of holding from others first. So consider yourself held, lovey, gently and lovingly. You are most welcome here.
