Emma, so good to hear from you in person after hearing about you from Gill. Thank you for giving her a computer, for being so on fire for Waking Down, for being HERE.

Me too on the down thing. I used to fight it, always trying to escape, transcend, comprehend, whatever...then somehow, with some great grace (and Saniel Bonder) I just fell into it. Sort of like that group exercise where you let yourself fall over backwards straight as a board, trusting the others to catch you. Turns out that it was an INCREDIBLE gateway. Who woulda thunk!

Of course, if it weren't for this work, I'd still be out there trying to scale that mountain of transcendence single handedly. UUUUGGGGGHHHH!

And Deidra! So good to hear from you after all this time. How was the Mentor's Retreat for you. I WISH I had been able to be there. Next time, hopefully, I will. If they ever have another beginning one. I hear of your incredible art work at every turn.
